Folks -- My first CD, "Skywriter" (2000), has long been out of print. It had some production/noise glitches in it, and I was displeased with most of my singing (I was so nervous!). So when I did "Speechless" in 2004, "Skywriter" just sort of died on the vine.

But there still are some things I like on it, and every tune means something to me in one way or another, so when a very talented friend, Gene Backlin, offered recently to turn it into an "mp3 album" for me, I was delighted, because it seems like a shame for any heartfelt music to just go away.

All the songs are mine except "Gitchi Gummi," which was written by Minnesota songwriter extraordinaire Peter Mayer, "Route 66" (Bobby Troup) and "Birdseye," which was written by my dear pal Kevin Lee (who also recorded, engineered and mastered "Speechless").
